Cancellation Policy

An agreed upon deposit is required to secure the reservation. Where a number of requests for the same date and/or space are received, first deposit received secures the date. Full refund should event be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the booked date. Deposit is initially held to maintain the reservation and then fully refunded at the end of the event should there be no loss or damage to the venue.
